- Service outages exceeding 24 hours (prorated for affected days)
- Number disconnection by carrier (not due to customer actions)
- Inability to provide purchased services due to technical constraints
- Failed SMS delivery for disposable SMS numbers
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not provided in these cases:
- Voluntary service cancellation before term end
- Verification codes already displayed for disposable numbers
- Service termination due to violation of terms or illegal activities
- Failure to provide required identity verification documents
- Ignoring stated SMS number restrictions
- Caller ID unavailability for technical reasons
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental balance top-ups
Refund Process

- Account balance refunds process automatically in 1-5 business days
