  • Number disconnection by carrier (not due to customer actions)
  • Inability to provide purchased services due to technical constraints
  • Failed SMS delivery for disposable SMS numbers

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not provided in these cases:

  • Voluntary service cancellation before term end
  • Verification codes already displayed for disposable numbers
  • Service termination due to violation of terms or illegal activities
  • Failure to provide required identity verification documents
  • Ignoring stated SMS number restrictions
  • Caller ID unavailability for technical reasons
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental balance top-ups
